StockPulse provides low-stock and inactive-inventory alerts for Shopify merchants. This policy explains how we handle information when you install or use the app.

Information we process

To provide alerts, StockPulse processes your Shopify shop domain, shop contact email, app settings, product and variant inventory data, and order line-item data needed to determine recent sales activity. We also store Shopify access-session information required to keep the app connected to your shop.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate StockPulse: to scan inventory, identify low-stock and inactive items, display results in the app, send notifications you request, provide support, and maintain app security.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the app and database, and Resend to deliver alert emails. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention and deletion

We retain data only while your shop uses StockPulse or as necessary for legal and security obligations. When Shopify sends a shop redaction request or you uninstall the app, we delete the associated settings and access sessions. Shopify privacy webhooks are handled for data-access and deletion requests.

Your choices

You can change notification settings in the app or uninstall StockPulse at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, contact us at notifications@getstockpulse.tech.
