Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of StockPulse, a Shopify app that identifies low-stock and inactive inventory and sends merchant-configured notifications.

Using StockPulse

You must have authority to connect the Shopify shop you install StockPulse on. You are responsible for the accuracy of the notification email address and thresholds you configure, and for reviewing alert information before acting on it.

Subscription and billing

StockPulse Pro is billed through Shopify at USD $9.99 per month after a 14-day free trial, unless Shopify presents different pricing at checkout. Charges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Shopify’s billing systems and applicable law.

Availability and alerts

We aim to provide accurate and timely inventory insights, but stock data, Shopify APIs, email delivery, and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable. StockPulse is an assistive tool and does not replace your own inventory controls or business judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse StockPulse, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use it in violation of applicable law or Shopify’s terms.

Termination

You may stop using StockPulse by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.
